Holly crap, I came to some of your conclusions a matter of weeks ago. I posted them in the atheist tribe.

Zero to me implies that every thing comes from the same source, even thoughts. Its like when those two guys (I cant remember their names) discovered calculus concomitantly but on opposite sides of the globe. Weird. I think thoughts are universal, and that if every one had infinity to ponder everything, we’d all come to the same conclusion.

It’s kind of like Buddhist philosophy being validated by modern physics (especially the many worlds theories)

But this kind of thing happens to me all the time; ill think of something and someone else a little while later will think the same thing. It’s more than coincidences because the parallels between the ideas are toooo incredible.

The truth is universal.

reality math

reality math can be as slippery as a skinned peach in summer. you have to get the feel for it. lick the juice from its nectarous body and taste it's essence. but once you do, it starts to talk to you. it will tell you things that will stump the old school mathematicians, but i have yet to get a denial of its veracity even from my wizened old mathematical friend michael (berkeley math doctor worked on infinitesimals...numbers infinitely close to zero, yet still not zero...now that i think of it he and i are really close in some funny ways...he is also from the same l.a. suburban town of arcadia as i am, went to the same schools from high school to college...etc...he took a hawaiian vacation in 76 when switching professorial seats from berkeley to harvard and has been here since). blah blah blah...the point is...reality math is a snake and it is gonna bite your ass and you will know it! it will start to work behind your eyes factoring the reality quotients of experience and making you laugh with precision...that kind of thing...so let's go!

fundamental precept:
-> 0>1
this is the basic equation which can always be used for the roughest granularity of reality factoring. don't think of it symbolically as if it is just supposed to work out like 2+2=4. examine the meaning behind the symbols which are 0 and 1 and >. you almost have to let go of any idea of how math works and make the numbers represent reality as directly as you can. ie: there can be no such thing as 0 apples. it just doesn't happen, so don't let your mind go that way...that is the way that old math gets confused. they allow fantasy into their equations and that drives out reality.

ok...working backwards (as my mind is so bent on doing) it seems that
the initial preprecept is 0 itself...i'll call it the zero precept: -> 0

ok?...you have to understand that for there to be 0 it has to be real. no 0 papayas! no no no! it never happens. 0 is something else completely.
don't let the mind drift into symbology!
don't let 0 mean something else!
there is only one 0 (and it includes 1 by the way).
you don't have to identify an object which is this 0, in fact that will be what stops you from understanding reality math.
so, try to find 0 with your mind that understands nothing! (it is useful to keep your sense of humor in this field).
i will borrow an ideal from the religion that i started (bumperstickerism...please join that tribe too if you wish) to help with this concept:

i better start another philosophical sect: homerism which is the acceptance of complete idiocy as a way of knowledge (this one is an acquired taste...a bit dodgy around the edges).
by being homer you can disable your thinking minds ability to create significance, constantly ascribing meaning to objects other than what they mean by themselves. in other words...you have to find out what 0 is in reality.
when you do that you will understand:
->0>1
->0=infinity (not ~= (equivalent) but 0 "is" infinity. before 1. no separations.

well i think that is enough to start

the void that isn't a void

I was in a 3 week coma just over a year ago. I don't understand a lot of the math stuff you all are posting about, but I have been trying to explain to my family about where I was when I was in the coma and what it was like. I was basically on life support for those 3 weeks, on a vent, dialysis, getting transfusions because I had also stopped making red blood cells. I had less than 10 percent chance of surviving, and less than 1 percent chance of surviving without being vegetative. Obviously, I beat all the odds. I am still in Physical Therapy 3 times a week after a year, working on balance and strength training, but almost everything else has pretty much come back slowly.

Anyway, I was in a void that wasn't really a void. It was like everything and nothing at the same time. It doesn't really go into words because there was no language there. It was like the everything that existed before there was anything. There were no dimensions. Everything was one. Total oneness. I was not IN it, because to be IN something, you have to be apart from it, separate from it. I was one with it. The only word that even comes close to describing it is Love.

You can call it Zero, or Zero Point, or God, or whatever you want, because it is all the same thing. It is bigger than you can ever imagine, and you can never get it to fit inside the box of any religion.

Everything and everyone is connected. That is what is hardest about being back in this place after being in the void for so long: the illusion of separateness here. It is so easy to feel the separation and buy into the illusion. I did not want to come back.

I have been looking for other people to talk with who understand where I have been.

radiance is not conservative

this just occurred to me and as usual took the form of a bumperstickeristic platitude. i was considering what i consider as an axis of other dimensionality (beyond the standard 3+1 of physical reality). this axis i map with "out" as one polarity and "in" as the other. in implies saving, absorption, darkness, stored energy...out implies radiation, light, complete energy dispersion, etc. then i realized that counterposing the terms of description at either end or at various points along the continuum should yield some kind of truisms if the model had any shred of useful truth to it.

so try it yourself and see if you can perceive this dimension in your experiences...make up some platitudes and see if they are true or useful in the whole waking up process...or whatever it is you are about.
